FRIDAY SERMONS
ON FRIDAY, 9th November 2012

Contents of sermons were about:
Expression of التَّحِيَّاتُ المباركات الصَّلَوَاتُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ (Honor, Blessing, Mercy-Love, and Kindness is only to Allah and it is his) is stated by Every Moslem every day. The meaning of it is as follows:
التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ (Honor is only his). It means all honor is his. Allah’s honor is of all. The supplement of analysis, The Preacher added a controversy example, practically, people are more respectful for almakhluq (Allah's creation) than alkhaliq (the Creator). The Human always show the good comment, the good clothes, and the good attitude when they make the formal appearance to the other human who is considered in honor life. On the contrary that they make the formal face to Allah, the comment, the clothes, and the attitude are mediocre.
المباركات لِلَّهِ (Blessing is only his). It means all blessing is his. Actually, the blessing of the life is from Allah, not human, not objects, or not the other Allah’s creation. If the blessing and profit are got from the human or the other Allah’s creation, the condition is only intermediator. The story said that a comrade of Prophet kissed the hajar aswad. He admitted that actually the hajar aswad is the stone when he kissed it. The action kissed it was only intermediator in worship to Allah.
الصَّلَوَاتُ لِلَّهِ (Mercy and affection is only his). It means all mercy and affection is only his. All mercy and affection spurted in the universe is only his. The story said that the servant of Allah entered into heaven is because of Allah’s mercy and affection, not the charitable deed. The servant of Allah protested Allah. The servant of Allah wanted to live in heaven because of the charitable deeds. Allah granted the request. And then, they was weighed with an eye as a measure. The fact, the badness did by an eye was very weigher than all of the charitable deeds did in the world.
الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ (Kindness Is only his). It means all kindness is only his. Of course, All kindness did by the human is because of Allah and indeed it is his. The Preacher gave an example, how many sick people came to doctors to cure it. The fact, the result was naught. The patients didn’t get recovered. Moreover the disease was severe.
This is the kindness of life from Allah, not from human, or not from the Allah’s creation, but The sick people (patients) must get diagnosis, healing and the drug from doctors. It must be done by patients. The action of doctors is as intermediator.
The Preacher analyzed that all the wickedness did by the human (if Allah doesn’t have an intention) the wickedness would not befall. The Preacher strengthen the statement with a verse
إِنۡ أَحۡسَنتُمۡ أَحۡسَنتُمۡ لِأَنفُسِكُمۡۖ وَإِنۡ أَسَأۡتُمۡ فَلَهَ
[If you do good, You do for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves ](Al-Israa, Sura =17th, Verse=7th )
The Preacher inserted that
وَٱذۡڪُرُوٓاْ إِذۡ أَنتُمۡ قَلِيلٌ۬ مُّسۡتَضۡعَفُونَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ تَخَافُونَ أَن يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ فَـَٔاوَٮٰكُمۡ وَأَيَّدَكُم بِنَصۡرِهِۦ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَـٰتِ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ (٢٦)
And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things - that you might be grateful (Al-Anfal, Sura =8th, Verse=26th ).
The Preacher affirmed that people had to make efforts and purposes hard and seriously, but Allah disposed. The life is in the corridor or sunnatullah and inayatullah. All efforts and purposes must be done by people as a manifestation of sunnatullah. And then the end result becomes the Allah's provision and decision as a manifestation of inayatullah.
The Preacher ordered that we had to be present Allah in our life
أَنْ تَعْبُدَ اللهَ كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاكَ
You must worship to Allah like you see Allah. If you don’t see Allah, Actually, Allah see you (Hadith Shahih From Imam Muslim).

KHUTBAH JUMAT
PADA HARI JUMAT, 9 NOVEMBER 2012
KHATIB DAN IMAM : Dr. H. Moch. Khoirul Anwar, MEI
Isi khutbah sebagai berikut:
Ungkapan التَّحِيَّاتُ المباركات الصَّلَوَاتُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ (Attahiyyaatul mubaarokaatush sholawaatuth thoyyibaatu lillaahi) dilafalkan oleh setiap muslim setiap hari. Ungkapan tersebut mengandung makna sebagai berikut:
الصَّلَوَاتُ لِلَّهِ (Ashsholawaatu lillaahi) artinya segala rahmat atau kasih sayang hanyalah milik Allah. Kasih Sayang yang tercurah di semesta alam hanyalah milik Allah. Alkisah menuturkan bahwa hamba allah dimasukkan ke surga oleh Allah hanya karena rahmat Allah, kasih sayang allah, bukan karena amal kebaikannya. Hamba allah tersebut protes kepada Allah. Ia ingin masuk surga melalui amal ibadahnya. Allah pun mengabulkan permintaan hamba tersebut. Selanjutnya, ditimbanglah amal ibadahnya dengan takaran satu bola matanya. Ternyata Keburukan yang dilakukan oleh satu bola matanya jauh lebih berat ketimbang segala amal ibadahnya selama hidup di dunia.
Khatib juga memberikan uraian bahwa keburukan apapun yang dilakukan oleh manusia, Jikalau Allah tidak berkehendak, tentulah keburukan itu tidak akan menimpanya. Khatib memperkuat pernyataannya dengan ayat
إِنۡ أَحۡسَنتُمۡ أَحۡسَنتُمۡ لِأَنفُسِكُمۡۖ وَإِنۡ أَسَأۡتُمۡ فَلَهَاۚ
[And said], "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, [you do it] to yourselves. Jika kamu berbuat baik [berarti] kamu berbuat baik bagi dirimu sendiri dan jika kamu berbuat jahat maka kejahatan itu bagi dirimu sendiri, (QS. Al-Israa:7, Surah ke-17 Ayat ke-7)
Khatib menambahkan bahwa
وَٱذۡڪُرُوٓاْ إِذۡ أَنتُمۡ قَلِيلٌ۬ مُّسۡتَضۡعَفُونَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ تَخَافُونَ أَن يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ فَـَٔاوَٮٰكُمۡ وَأَيَّدَكُم بِنَصۡرِهِۦ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَـٰتِ لَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ (٢٦)
Dan ingatlah (hai para muhajirin) ketika kamu masih berjumlah sedikit, lagi tertindas di muka bumi (Mekah), kamu takut orang-orang (Mekah) akan menculik kamu, maka Allah memberi kamu tempat menetap (Madinah) dan dijadikan-Nya kamu kuat dengan pertolongan-Nya dan diberi-Nya kamu rezeki dari yang baik-baik agar kamu bersyukur. (QS. Al-Anfal, Surah ke-8 Ayat ke-26)
Khatib menegaskan bahwa manusia wajib berusaha keras, Allahlah yang menentukan. Hidup ini tetaplah dalam sunatullah dan inayatullah. Segala usaha dan upaya wajib dilakukan oleh manusia sebagai manifestasi sunnatullah, selanjutnya hasil akhir tetaplah menjadi ketentuan Allah sebagai manifestasi inayatullah.
Khatib juga berpesan agar kita harus menghadirkan Allah dalam kehidupan kita.
أَنْ تَعْبُدَ اللهَ كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاكَ
Hendaklah engkau beribadah kepada Allah seakan-akan engkau melihatNya. Kalaupun
engkau tidak melihatNya, sesungguhnya Dia melihatmu. (HR Shahih Imam Muslim).
